About BrandMongo

BrandMongo is a next-gen growth marketing agency blending performance marketing, app campaigns, and brand strategy. We're building a company that doesn't just execute campaigns — we scale brands.

To take this vision forward, we're looking for a Co-founder & CFO who can be the financial backbone of BrandMongo, help us raise capital, and unlock growth opportunities domestically & internationally.

What You'll Do

  • Lead fundraising efforts — from identifying VCs/angels to building decks and closing rounds.
  • Build & manage financial strategy, budgets, compliance, and cash flow.
  • Leverage knowledge of the VC ecosystem to structure deals and scale sustainably.
  • Identify and utilize government benefits, subsidies, and schemes for business expansion.
  • Drive international expansion finance strategy for global campaigns.
  • Partner with the founder on high-impact decisions — from growth to exits.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior VC / investment banking / PE background (must understand how investors think).
  • Strong network in the VC and startup ecosystem.
  • Experience in fundraising, due diligence, and financial modeling.
  • Deep understanding of government incentives and policies for startups.
  • Strategic thinker who can also roll up sleeves and get things done.
  • Hungry to co-build a company from scratch and scale it to 100x.
