Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end financial assistance to startup clients, supporting tasks like accounting, financial modeling, investor reporting, compliance, and cash flow management.
  • Key role in Virtual CFO assignments, supporting business owners and internal teams with actionable financial insights.
  • Prepare and review MIS, management reports, and participate in client presentations and strategic discussions.
  • Manage deadlines with a keen eye for accuracy, process improvement, and deliverables.
  • Leverage AI and technology tools to automate, analyze, and accelerate financial tasks for clients.

Who You Are:

  • Semi-Qualified CA (cleared CA Inter/IPCC) or senior financial professional; candidates with relevant experience in startup finance, compliance, or advisory preferred.
  • Proficient using AI-powered tools, spreadsheets, and accounting/cloud finance platforms.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills—quick on execution and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with dynamic, fast-paced work environments.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about working with startups and supporting leadership teams.
