About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Controller / Chartered Accountant to oversee our company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and accounting skills, with hands-on experience in payments, billing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee payments, billing, and vendor reconciliations.
- Handle monthly and quarterly reconciliations including bank, ledger, and vendor accounts.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and statutory filings.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Prepare and present MIS reports, P&L statements, and balance sheets to management.
- Support audit processes and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams for cost control and financial planning.
Requirements
- CA / Semi-qualified CA / MBA (Finance) with minimum 3 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems / Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Prior experience in payments, billings, reconciliations, or finance control roles preferred.

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
