Role Description

This is a full-time opportunity for a Co-Founder with investment (₹30 Lakh/15% equity) at Homeday. Based on-site in Gurugram, the Co-Founder will play a critical role in driving the company's vision and growth. The responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies, leading sales and marketing initiatives, conducting market research, managing partnerships, and fostering innovation within the team. Strong leadership and effective decision-making are essential to ensure the continued success and expansion of Homeday.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data-driven decisions, assess risks, and identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent Communication skills to articulate ideas effectively and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and expand market presence
  • Experience in Research to stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape
  • Leadership and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team
  • Previous experience in startups, business development, or related industries is a plus
