Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Co-founder, based in Gurugram. The Co-founder will play a key role in shaping the company's strategy, driving growth, and contributing to business development. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, implementing innovative solutions, analyzing market trends, leading sales and marketing efforts, and fostering strategic partnerships. The role also involves partnership investment, with an expectation to contribute between 30-35 Lakhs (in return for 20% equity).

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to evaluate market trends and develop innovative strategies.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and lead the team.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and build brand presence.
  • Diligence, critical thinking, and the ability to manage challenges in a startup environment.
  • Previous entrepreneurial experience or experience in the service industry is a plus.
  • Passionate about startups, innovation, and creating solutions for customer convenience.
