Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder with investment, located in Gurugram. As a Co-Founder, you will play a key role in shaping and scaling the business, collaborating on strategic planning, identifying growth opportunities, and leading key initiatives. You will actively manage operations, develop partnerships, and drive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing organizational structure and performance, while contributing to long-term vision and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess business performance, interpret data, and drive informed decision-making
  • Excellent Communication skills to articulate vision, build relationships, and lead effectively
  • Proven experience in Sales with the ability to identify opportunities, acquire clients, and foster customer relationships
  • Marketing expertise, including strategy development and execution, to build and enhance the brand
  • Research skills to explore new markets, trends, and innovative business ideas
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability and willingness to invest ₹30 Lakhs in exchange for 20% equity in the company
  • Prior experience in leadership roles or start-up environments is a plus
