Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder role located in Gurugram. The selected candidate will drive strategic initiatives, oversee operational execution, and contribute to the long-term growth of the company. Responsibilities include business development, fostering partnerships, spearheading marketing and sales strategies, and leveraging analytical insights to optimize company performance. As an investor contributing 1 crore INR for 25% equity, you will also play a vital role in financial stewardship and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical and Research skills to evaluate market trends and business performance
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and team collaboration
  • Proficiency in Sales and Marketing to drive revenue growth and brand positioning
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, decision-making ability, and financial acumen
  • Prior experience in startups, investments, or leadership roles is a plus
