Role Overview

We are looking for a
Finance & Fundraising leader
to join us as a
Co-Founder / Head of Finance
. You will play a critical role in
raising capital, managing finances, and supporting day-to-day business operations
.


Compensation includes a fixed salary and co-founder-level equity, both activated post successful fundraising.

Key ResponsibilitiesFundraising & Investor Relations

  • Lead and execute
    fundraising rounds
    (Angel, Seed, Pre-Series A and beyond)
  • Create and own
    pitch decks, financial models, and investor data rooms
  • Build and manage relationships with
    angels, VCs, and strategic investors
  • Participate in investor negotiations, term sheets, and closures

Financial Strategy & Planning

  • Develop
    financial projections, unit economics, and monetization models
  • Define pricing, commissions, margins, and revenue streams
  • Manage budgets, burn rate, cash flow, and runway planning
  • Ensure efficient use of capital aligned with growth goals

Business Operations & Strategic Support

  • Support
    daily business decisions
    with financial insights
  • Work closely with founders on growth strategy and scaling plans
  • Set up financial processes, MIS, and reporting frameworks
  • Evaluate partnerships and strategic opportunities

Compliance & Governance

  • Manage statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and legal coordination
  • Ensure investor-grade financial discipline and transparency

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Background in
    finance, fundraising, VC, investment banking, startup finance, or CFO roles
  • Demonstrated experience in
    raising funds or working closely on startup fundraises
  • Strong understanding of
    marketplace or P2P business models
  • Excellent financial modeling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate hands-on in an early-stage startup

    (aligned with market standards)
