Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co-founder with investment lakhs / 20% equity) at Homeday, located in Gurugram. The Co-founder will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving business growth, and developing strategic partnerships. This role involves overseeing sales and marketing efforts, conducting market research, and analyzing business performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct thorough Research
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in Sales and developing strategic partnerships
  • Skilled in Marketing and campaign management
  • Leadership abilities and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience in a similar leadership role is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative
