We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead business growth across multiple cities in Gujarat. The incumbent will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue for our Security and Facility Management Services.

This role involves extensive travel across Gujarat to engage with industrial, corporate, and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities in key sectors industrial units, housing societies, commercial complexes, retail, logistics, and corporate offices.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and proposal submissions for security and manpower outsourcing services.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the operations and HR teams for smooth service execution and manpower deployment.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales performance reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong experience in B2B / Corporate Sales.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Knowledge of security services, manpower outsourcing, or facility management is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing / Sales preferred).
  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in Security Services, Facility Management, or related industries.
  • Should have a good client network across Gujarat.
