Role & responsibilities
- Drive sales of RMC from the allocated plant to achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Identify and develop new customers in real estate, infrastructure, and contractor segments.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing, and contracts in line with company policies.
- Coordinate with plant, logistics, and accounts teams for seamless order execution and collections.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding dues.
- Represent the company in local market networks, trade associations, and industry events.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Marketing/Civil Engineering or related field.
- 315 years of experience in sales of RMC / cement / construction materials.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an individual role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have a valid driving license and willingness to travel locally
