Sales Manager (Lithium battery)

Job Description

As a Sales Manager specializing in Lithium batteries , you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and manage key client relationships within the rapidly evolving energy storage and electric vehicle sector.

Responsibilities

1.Develop and implement effective sales strategies for lithium batteries.

2.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

3.Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and target markets.

4.Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

5.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers needs are met.

6.Prepare sales forecasts and analyze market trends.

7.Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports to management.

8.Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Proven sales experience in the lithium battery or EV charging industry.

Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage and lead a sales team.
