Purpose of the Role:

To drive revenue growth by proactively generating new business and expanding market presence within designated accounts and territories. This role is responsible for building a high-performing sales network and forging strong client relationships through a deep understanding of customer needs and our service solutions.

Key Result Areas:

  • Sales Target Achievement & Market Penetration: Hunt and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Create and monitor strategic sales plans to accelerate growth across all assigned sectors.

  • Key Account Management & Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain relationships with senior management and key personnel in client organizations. Act as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

  • Technical Solution Presentation & Deal Closure: Lead persuasive sales presentations and service demonstrations. Effectively negotiate contracts and close deals, utilizing strong product knowledge to address client queries and overcome objections.

  • Project Execution Coordination: Partner with the technical team to ensure a smooth handover and flawless execution of projects, guaranteeing 100% fulfilment of client orders and commitments.

  • Sales Process Adherence & Commercial Hygiene: Diligently follow all established sales processes, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate with finance for accurate invoicing and efficient collections.
