Role Description

We are seeking an Elite Relationship Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. The primary responsibilities include maintaining and strengthening client relationships, offering personalized financial advice, and selling a comprehensive range of financial products and services. The Elite Relationship Manager will work closely with high-net-worth individuals to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable banking solutions, ensuring their investment portfolios align with their objectives. Daily tasks involve monitoring market trends, cross-selling Kotak Mahindra Bank's offerings, and providing exceptional customer support to ensure premium service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services, banking, or investment advisory
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Sales and portfolio management expertise, along with proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with high-net-worth clients
  • Strong analytical and market analysis skills to guide investment decisions
  • Proven ability to meet targets, deliver results, and work within deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • Certification in wealth management or financial advisory is an advantage
