Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager/Relationship Officer located in Morbi. The role involves managing relationships with customers and clients, understanding their financial needs, and recommending tailored housing finance solutions. The candidate will maintain customer records, ensure compliance with all financial regulations, and collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities also include building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones, achieving sales and business development targets, and resolving customer queries effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in relationship building, communication, and client management
  • Experience in sales, business development, or customer service, preferably in financial services or housing finance
  • Knowledge of housing finance products, financial compliance, and documentation processes
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in industry-standard CRM tools and basic computer applications
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a dynamic environment
  • Fluency in regional languages, in addition to English, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
