Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Morbi, for the Director of Innovation. The Director of Innovation will be responsible for leading and managing innovative projects, developing strategic plans to enhance product and service offerings, and consulting with internal teams to drive innovation. The role involves program and project management, continuous monitoring of industry trends, and ensuring that the company stays ahead in the market through innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Strategic Planning abilities
• Experience in Program Management and Project Management
• Consulting skills and a track record of driving innovation
• Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work on-site in Morbi
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience in the ceramics or manufacturing industry is a plus
