
Business Development Manager

Role & Responsibility :
· Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
· Promote and sell medical equipment to healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve team and company goals.
· Oversee and manage the sales process, ensuring timely deliveries and installations.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales effectively.
· Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and guidance to enhance individual and team success.
· Ensure smooth post-sale support by coordinating with logistics, technical support, and customer service teams.
· Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and stay competitive.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree
· 2+ years of experience in Sales.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales performance management tools.
· Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and manage team activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
