Job Summary:

ERPNext Functional Consultant who will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting ERPNext solutions across various modules such as Manufacturing, HR, CRM, and more. The candidate should have a solid understanding of business processes and hands-on experience in ERPNext functional flows, along with the ability to give demos and train end users.

Key Responsibilities:

· Understand client requirements, business processes, and workflows.

· Conduct client meetings to gather requirements and map them into ERPNext.

· Configure and customize ERPNext modules (Accounts, Inventory, CRM, Sales, HR, etc.).

· Demonstrate ERPNext functionalities to clients and internal teams.

· Prepare and deliver ERPNext product demos based on client use cases.

· Collaborate with the development team to implement custom features or workflows using Frappe framework.

· Assist in data import/export, system setup, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

· Create detailed documentation including process flows, manuals, and training guides.

· Train end users and support them post-implementation.

· Coordinate with the technical team for bug fixes, patches, and new feature releases.

· Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of solutions.

· Participate in ERPNext upgrades, testing, and validation.

· Provide ongoing support for ERP system maintenance and improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Strong functional knowledge of ERPNext and its modules.

· Understanding of key business processes such as accounting, procurement, HR, and inventory, etc.

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Hands-on with Frappe Framework (Python & JavaScript) is a plus.

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹55,000.00 per month
