Key Responsibilities of an Architect in Real Estate:

- **Supervision and Management**:Oversee the construction process, ensuring that the work is carried out according to the architectural plans and specifications.
- **Collaboration**: Work with various stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and other construction professionals.
- **Project Management**:Architects often manage projects from start to finish, coordinating all aspects of the design and construction process.
- **Creative Input**: Contribute innovative and aesthetically pleasing designs to enhance the value and appeal of properties.
- **Technical Expertise**: Provide technical advice on building materials, construction methods, and structural design.
- **Presentation and Communication**: Present design proposals to clients and other stakeholders, and communicate effectively with all parties involved in the project
