Nobtech Enterprise is a leading manufacturer and exporter of high-quality solar pumps and pump components. We are undergoing a digital transformation and implementing ERPNext as our core business platform.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate Fresher Female ERPNext Functional Consultant to support implementation, customization, and ongoing management of ERPNext at our Mumbai head office. The candidate will work closely with department heads and end-users to ensure the ERP system meets business needs and enhances operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Process Analysis: Conduct workshops and gather requirements from Sales, Purchase, Accounts, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
  • ERPNext Implementation & Configuration: Customize modules (Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, Purchase), workflows, print formats, and user permissions.
  • Solution Design: Assist in designing scalable solutions for production planning, BOM, inventory, and export documentation.
  • Data Migration: Support migration of master data (Items, Customers, Suppliers, BOMs) ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • User Training & Support: Help create training materials and provide support to end-users.
  • Testing & Documentation: Assist in testing configurations and maintaining functional documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work with technical teams for advanced customizations and integrations.

Requirements:

  • Fresher or 0–1 year of ERPNext exposure is acceptable
  • BSc Graduate
  • Female candidates only
  • Nearby location preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to manufacturing or export industry
  • Understanding of Indian accounting principles, GST, TDS, Forex
  • Basic knowledge of Frappe Framework
  • Awareness of third-party software integrations with ERPNext
