JJob Title: IT Executive – Hardware & Troubleshooting

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Executive specializing in hardware and troubleshooting to manage, maintain, and support our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of computer systems, hardware, peripherals, and networking equipment, along with excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.

Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and repairs of hardware and peripherals.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.

Provide technical support for end-users via phone, email, remote tools, or in-person.

Manage IT inventory and keep accurate records of hardware assets.

Set up and configure user accounts, permissions, and access in compliance with company policies.

Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.

Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, and warranty claims.

Ensure security and compliance with IT policies, including antivirus and patch updates.

Provide support for IT-related aspects of onboarding and offboarding employees.

Maintain documentation for all IT processes and solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2+ years of experience in a similar role focusing on hardware and troubleshooting.

Strong knowledge of PC/laptop hardware, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows OS, Office applications, and basic networking concepts.

Hands-on experience with system imaging, hardware diagnostics, and repair tools.

Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN troubleshooting.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
