ERPnext QA

We are hiring a meticulous and detail-oriented ERPNext QA

professional to join our on-site ERP team in Navi Mumbai. As an ERP QA, you

will play a crucial role in validating the stability, performance, and accuracy of

our ERPNext deployments across business units. You will work closely with

developers and functional consultants to ensure high-quality delivery of

ERPNext modules, custom apps, and critical features.

Key Responsibilities

Testing & Quality Assurance
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ERPNext

modules
- Conduct manual and automated testing across functional areas (e.g.,

Accounting, CRM, Education, HR, Inventory)
- Validate workflows, forms, APIs, and permissions in custom Frappe apps
- Perform regression, integration, UAT, and performance testing
- Ensure upgrades and patches do not break existing functionalities

Bug Tracking & Resolution
- Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like Jira or Trello
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and confirm fixes
- Validate hotfixes and system enhancements before release

Documentation & Reporting
- Create and maintain QA documentation, including test logs and

traceability matrices
- Prepare release notes and test summary reports for stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to test cycles and deployment schedules

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in software QA, preferably in ERP or enterprise

systems
- Strong understanding of ERPNext modules and business process flows
- Experience in manual testing; automation using Selenium or similar is a

plus
- Familiarity with Frappe framework, REST APIs, database queries
- Experience using tools like Postman, Jira, TestRail, or equivalents
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related

field
- Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or SQL
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes
