  • Work directly with clients to understand business processes, requirements, and workflow needs.
  • Map client requirements to Frappe/ERPNext functionalities and design suitable solutions.
  • Prepare documentation for Business Requirement Gathering (BRD) and Functional Specifications.
  • Configure modules such as Accounts, HR, CRM, Projects, Manufacturing, Stock, and others based on project scope.
  • Perform system setup, user creation, role and permission configuration, and master data setup.
  • Provide functional support during implementation, testing, UAT, and go-live phases.
  • Create and manage custom fields, forms, print formats, and workflows using Frappe framework tools.
  • Coordinate with the technical/development team for customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Conduct user training sessions and prepare training materials for clients.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues, analyze system bugs, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Test new features, patches, and updates before deployment.
  • Prepare project status reports and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure project clarity and satisfaction.
  • Suggest process improvements and best practices to optimize system performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy, system hygiene, and compliance with client's business standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹55,000.00 per month
