Role Summary We're seeking a motivated ERPNext Developer with 1+ years of hands-on experience in customizing and deploying ERPNext modules. The ideal candidate will be passionate about automation, backend logic, and improving business workflows through ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Customize ERPNext modules (HR, Payroll, CRM, Inventory, Accounts, Purchase etc..) using Frappe framework
• Develop client scripts, server scripts, and custom doctypes
• Design and implement approval workflows, auto-calculation logic, and print formats
• Integrate ERPNext with third-party APIs and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERPNext issues across modules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Maintain documentation for customizations and deployments Required Skills Category Skills & Tools Programming Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS ERP Framework Frappe, ERPNext Database MySQL/MariaDB Category Skills & Tools Version Control Git Integration UI/UX Soft Skills REST APIs Jinja Templates, Print Format Design Problem-solving, Communication, Teamwork

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 1+ years of experience working with ERPNext and the Frappe framework
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP workflows
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and debug effectively Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
• Experience with Docker or Linux-based deployments
• Familiarity with Agile development practices
• Exposure to ERP modules like Attendance, Leave Management, and Accounting
