Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation and Configuration:
Set up and configure ERPNext according to business requirements.

Customize modules and features to meet the specific needs of different departments.

User Support and Training:
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the ERPNext system.

Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and queries related to the system.

Data Management:
Manage data migration from legacy systems to ERPNext.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system.

Process Improvement:
Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with teams to implement process enhancements using ERPNext functionalities.

System Maintenance:
Monitor system performance and conduct regular updates and backups.

Collaborate with IT to address technical issues and ensure system security.

Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience with ERPNext or similar ERP systems.

Familiarity with Python, MariaDB, and web development technologies is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Skills**:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in business process analysis and optimization.

Knowledge of other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.

ERPNext certification or relevant training.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
