Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst – SAP B1 to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SAP Business One processes, configurations, and customizations, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for SAP B1 implementation.
  • Configure and support SAP B1 modules (Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Production, etc.).
  • Coordinate with functional & technical consultants for system customization and enhancements.
  • Conduct business process mapping and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Support data migration, testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and Go-Live activities.
  • Provide end-user training and support post-implementation.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and SAP B1 technical experts.
  • Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting issues.
  • Prepare functional documentation, reports, and dashboards as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in SAP B1 projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Business One modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production).
  • Familiarity with SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and HANA is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Certification in SAP Business One (preferred but not mandatory).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in ERP implementation lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of third-party integrations with SAP B1.
  • Experience with cloud and on-premise SAP B1 deployments.
