**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities for CRM, SAP, or ERP implementations.
- Liaise between cross-functional teams including development, support, sales, and clients.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Track and update project timelines, tasks, and documentation using project management tools.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Identify risks and issues, escalate them appropriately, and support resolution activities.
- Support testing, user training, and go-live activities.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
- Act as a single point of contact for project-related communication with clients.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure project compliance with internal standards and client expectations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in coordinating projects related to CRM, SAP, ERP, or similar enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), SAP modules, or ERP software.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g. MS Project).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
