**Job Description - Sr. Architect**

Job Title: Sr. Architect

Experience: 5 Years to 18 Years

Reporting to: Project Architect

Job Location: Thane

1. Designing and Planning with respective DCR’s

2. Preparing Presentation, Municipal, Working and “As Built” drawings

3. Checking of designs & drawings & rectifying errors

4. Preparing BOQ and Tender Documents

5. Preparing & uploading Documentation file.

6. Formatting and Printing of drawing sheets

7. Training Jr. Architects & Apprentice

8. Measurement checking and bill verification of contractors / vendors

9. Periodic Site Visits

10. Coordination with clients, vendors, internal team/juniors, consultants, contractors for meetings, status of projects, etc.
