
Client Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the main point of contact for client interactions related to SAP/ERP implementations and support.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, development, support) to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Understand client requirements, prepare documentation, and communicate them to the development team.
- Monitor project progress and regularly update clients on the status.
- Handle client escalations efficiently and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Schedule and lead client meetings, demos, and training sessions.
- Maintain records of client communication and feedback.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in coordinating with clients for SAP, ERP software, or any software product is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts.
- Strong problem-solving attitude with a client-first mindset.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, CRM systems, and ticketing tools.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Understanding of ERP workflows like Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, or HR modules.
- Prior experience in ERP software implementation or support projects.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
