Client Coordinator

Job Overview:
The Client Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and efficient coordination across departments. The role involves managing client requirements, following up on deliverables, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
2. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, technical, and operations teams to fulfill client needs.
- Track progress of client projects or services and update clients accordingly.
- Ensure timely response and resolution to client queries and concerns.
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of client communication, contracts, and project status.
- Prepare and share weekly client status and feedback reports.
- Keep CRM or client tracking tools updated with the latest information.
4. Follow-ups & Issue Resolution
- Follow up on pending deliverables, payments, or documentation from clients.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department or management promptly.
- Ensure client escalations are handled professionally and closed within defined timelines.
5. Support in Client Retention & Growth
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Support business development and marketing teams during client meetings or reviews.
- Gather feedback and suggestions to help improve client satisfaction and service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in client coordination, Client support, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email correspondence.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
