**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Client Communication & Coordination
- Act as a support point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Assist in understanding client requirements and ensure accurate communication to relevant departments.
- Participate in client meetings or calls and prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting).

2. Project & Campaign Support
- Help coordinate day-to-day tasks to ensure timely delivery of client deliverables.
- Track timelines, approvals, and feedback to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in briefing creative and strategy teams for client projects or campaigns.

3. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project status reports, trackers, and internal documentation.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, performance reports, and review decks.
- Assist in proposal development and pitch presentations for new business opportunities.

4. Research & Insights
- Conduct industry, competitor, or brand research to support client strategy or proposals.
- Stay updated on current trends in advertising, digital marketing, and branding.

5. Operational & Administrative Tasks:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and project documentation.
- Ensure smooth invoicing and payment follow-ups in coordination with the finance team.
- Organize client meetings, presentations, and review sessions as needed.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
