
Client Acquisition Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Call and engage with incoming leads from various campaigns (social media, landing pages, etc.).
- Explain the brand's offerings confidently and answer queries in a persuasive and informative manner.
- Maintain **detailed records** of each lead interaction (call status, feedback, interest level, etc.) in CRM or Excel sheets.
- **Score leads** based on interest and likelihood to convert, and prioritize follow-ups accordingly.
- Build a strong rapport with prospects through professional and friendly communication.
- Ensure timely and consistent **follow-ups** to maximize conversion.
- Coordinate with internal teams (client servicing, paid media, creative) to align messaging and share updates.
- Meet and exceed monthly conversion KPIs.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in **spoken English** & Hindi, Marathi or other languages is a bonus.
- Strong verbal communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
- Confident, proactive, and able to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer skills and experience using Excel or CRM tools.
- Previous experience in a digital agency, edtech, real estate, or healthcare is a plus.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
