**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to international clients based on pre-defined lists or leads.
- Handle inbound calls professionally and address customer queries related to products, services, or general inquiries.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions to meet their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets in terms of calls made, customer satisfaction, and sales (if applicable).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and customer interactions.
- Provide detailed product or service information to customers.
- Follow scripts and processes to ensure high-quality service.
- Coordinate with other teams (sales, technical support, etc.) to ensure customer issues are resolved.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Stay updated with international market trends and services.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,303.22 per month
