Assist Project Managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of civil engineering projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and identify potential delays.
- Prepare and distribute project-related documentation, including meeting agendas, minutes, progress reports, and presentations.
- Manage project correspondence and communication between team members, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain and organize project files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to relevant information.
- Track project budgets, process invoices, and assist with cost control measures.
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities.
- Assist with the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitor project risks and issues, and escalate them to the Project Manager as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry standards.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes and tools.
- Perform other administrative and support tasks as required to ensure project success.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
