Position Overview

The Project Officer – Solar position is designed for motivated and disciplined fresh graduates (non-engineering) from Thane District.

This role provides exposure to:

• Solar project development
• Feasibility coordination
• Documentation
• Basic analysis
• Project management support
• Administrative and techno-commercial assistance

It is ideal for graduates looking to build a career in renewable energy project coordination, project support roles, and consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior team members in solar project coordination and documentation.
• Assist in data collection, administrative follow-ups, and project-related communications.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, checklists, basic formats, and project files.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for information gathering.
• Maintain project records, tracking sheets, logs, and status reports.
• Support DPR preparation, techno-commercial documentation, and filing activities.
• Participate in site visits for basic data collection and project understanding.
• Assist in quality documentation, compliance follow-ups, and audit readiness.

(Note: Technical design work is handled by engineering teams. The Project Officer supports project coordination, documentation, administration, and reporting.)

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.Com, BSc, BA, BBA, or CA (Inter/Completed).
• Minimum CGPA: 7.00 (or 70% equivalent marks).
• Passing Year: 2024 onwards.
• Experience: Freshers preferred (0–1 year).
• Residency Requirement: Must currently reside in Thane District
• (Thane, Navi Mumbai, Dombivli, Kalyan, Badlapur, Ambernath, Vasai-Virar, Bhiwandi, etc.).
• Strong discipline, communication skills, and willingness to travel for field exposure.Skills & Competencies
• Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong documentation, coordination, and communication abilities.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a structured, professional environment.
• Willingness to learn renewable energy sector fundamentals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organised records.

Compensation

Minimum Salary: ₹2,00,000 per annum

Range: ₹2.00 – ₹3.60 Lakhs per annum
