
Service Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments based on client needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and client interactions.
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor service progress and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle client complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Prepare and distribute service reports and documentation.
- Assist in developing and implementing service procedures and policies.
