Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Female)

Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensure smooth communication with customers, manage order processing, and coordinate with internal departments such as production, dispatch, and accounts. The ideal candidate should have experience in the mechanical/manufacturing sector and strong organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries from customers, prepare quotations, and follow up for order confirmation.
Coordinate with production & planning teams for delivery schedules.
Manage order processing, sales documentation, and maintain sales records.
Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and assist the sales manager in day-to-day activities.
Communicate with clients regarding order status, dispatch details, and payments.
Maintain CRM data, customer database, and ensure timely updates.
Support the sales team during client visits, meetings, and exhibitions.
Follow up for payment collections as per company policy.
Ensure timely dispatch and coordinate with logistics/courier partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
2–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in a mechanical/manufacturing company.
Strong knowledge of mechanical components/products (as applicable).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
