**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Implementation & Customization**:

- Lead and manage the implementation of **SAP Business One** across different departments.
- Configure and customize SAP B1 modules to meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and consultants for custom development and add-on integrations.
- Perform data migration, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

**Coordination & User Support**:

- Act as a key liaison between end-users, IT teams, and SAP consultants.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to users.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into SAP B1 functionalities.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.

**Costing & Financial Insights (Advantageous)**:

- Support finance and costing teams by ensuring accurate cost allocation in SAP B1.
- Assist in **inventory valuation, standard costing, and cost analysis** within SAP.
- Generate financial reports and insights to aid decision-making.

**Process Optimization & Reporting**:

- Identify and implement process improvements using SAP B1 capabilities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using **SAP B1 reporting tools** (Crystal Reports, SQL queries, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with financial and operational controls through SAP B1.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Mandatory**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- **2+ years of experience in SAP Business One implementation & support.**:

- Strong understanding of SAP B1 modules such as Finance, Inventory, Sales, and Procurement.
- Experience with SAP B1 query generation and report development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in **costing, inventory management, or financial reporting.**:

- Knowledge of **SQL, Crystal Reports, and SAP HANA** is a plus.
- Prior experience working in **manufacturing, trading, or retail industries.**:

- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
