About Us

We are a growing ERP & SAP solutions company dedicated to delivering high-quality enterprise solutions tailored to client needs. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee ERP and SAP projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ERP & SAP project implementation and delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate between technical, functional, and client teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to management and clients.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget while meeting quality standards.
  • Mentor and guide project team members to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5–10 years) as a Project Manager in ERP and SAP projects.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (ERPNext, SAP Business One, or similar).
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • PMP/Prince2/Agile certification will be an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
