Develop and implement the overall Project Execution Strategy for Projects and ensure timely completion of all projects adhering to defined standards of cost and quality.
- Drive long-term value creation, profitability and engineering efficiency through process improvements and value engineering initiatives.
- Define construction engineering competencies and ensure they are updated in line with best practices and latest technologies.

Core Responsibilities Strategic:

- Provide functional guidance to ensure standardization of Project Execution practices.
- Develop and implement SOPs for the Projects Department;
- Lead the development of a framework for reporting & MIS.
- Establish a Knowledge Management Framework for sharing of best practices experiences and key learning across all projects.

**Operational**
- Develop the overall project management framework (project planning, resource allocation etc) for Projects, finalize and sign off on Engineering briefs and drive completion of projects with the minimum turn-around time.
- Establish Organization guidelines on time.
- Establish Organization guidelines on project scheduling and cost control;
- Set cost saving targets and build a sense of commercial awareness amongst all project execution personnel.
- Provide input and ensure implementation of robust quality assurance & HSE policies.
- Lead the timely empanelment of partners (consultants vendors, contractors etc) to suit business / project needs through stringent evaluation in collaboration with Contracts and procurement departments.
- Ensure high operational efficiency, quality, and service delivery, coordinate with QA for periodic audits and drive compliance with ISO and other quality & safety standards.
- Lead project review meetings with Management Consultants, and contractors.
- Liaise with Local bodies and government authorities for applicable approvals and inspections.

**Financial**.
- Drive cost savings through process standardization, value engineering and effective project management practices across all projects.
- Develop Department and project budgets Monitor and ensure adherence to the same.
- Work closely with the Finance Department to ensure timely availability of working capital/funds and timely payments.

People
- Actively participate in recruitment of key Engineering team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide developmental plans for team members and emphasize on succession planning. Emphasize innovation and foster an environment of learning.

Qualifications. BE(Civil)/M. Tech and Management degree with 15+ years of relevant industry experience. Should have managed large scale & mixed development complexes of diversified nature viz, High rise Residential Commercial.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
