MH Films is a rapidly growing production house based in Mumbai, involved in film production, digital content creation, events, and talent management. With a clear vision to innovate and expand in the entertainment space, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Chief Operating Officer (COO)** to streamline operations, manage cross-functional teams, and drive strategic execution across the company.
**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage the company’s core departments including production, marketing, HR, finance, and talent.
- Drive operational efficiency, process development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Align business goals with execution plans and ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Manage cross-functional coordination and team leadership across projects.
- Collaborate with creative and business heads to balance artistic vision with business realities.
- Create SOPs, improve workflows, and establish KPIs to monitor and scale operations.
- Work closely with the CEO to implement strategic initiatives and long-term planning.
- Ensure compliance, risk management, and professional standards across all verticals.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- MBA from a reputed institution (e.g., IIM, ISB, SP Jain, XLRI, or global equivalent).
- 7-10 years of work experience with at least 3-5 years in operations, management, or leadership roles.
- Prior experience in the **media, entertainment, or creative industries** preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, adaptability, and resilience.
- Excellent command of **English and Hindi** (spoken and written).
