**ROLE TITLE**

Chief Operating Officer

**ROLE PURPOSE**

An experienced COO (Chief Operating Officer) to oversee the use of Automobile dealership Business in our company. You will be the one to devise the company’s business (Auto Sales & Services) and ensure that business objectives are achieved. An excellent COO must have a solid business management background and consistently keep up-to-date with advancements of the field. Apart from their education and experience, they must have every quality of a leader and a strong strategic and business acumen.

**Key Responsibilities**

2. Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures

3. Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

4. Establish policies that promote company culture and vision

5. Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)

6. Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

7. Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

8. Assist CEO in business objectives

9. Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)

10. Manage relationships with partners/vendors and all stake holders

**What you will Bring**

1. Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role

2. Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.

3. Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development

4. Experience in fundraising will be a plus

5. Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

6. Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office

7. Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

8. Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

9. Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus

**Salary**: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹5,500,000.00 per year
