**Position Summary**

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a critical leadership role in shaping the financial future of Copper Events. The CFO is responsible for managing the financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and operations of the company. This includes oversight of budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, risk management, and strategic financial planning to support growth and long-term sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and execution of Copper Events’ financial strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Provide clear financial analysis and recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
- Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to drive business performance.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure to support company operations and growth.
- Partner with operations and sales teams to improve profitability and optimize pricing strategies.
- Supervise and develop finance team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Establish internal controls and financial procedures that promote efficiency and accountability.
- Lead financial negotiations with partners, clients, and vendors as needed.

Support fundraising, investor relations, or financing efforts when applicable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
