As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Shivas Salon Academy, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the fiscal health of our organization. You will oversee all financial operations, provide strategic guidance to management, and drive initiatives to optimize profitability and sustainable growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare accurate financial reports and conduct analysis to drive decision-making.
- Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investments to optimize returns.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Strategic Leadership: Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives.
- Team Development: Lead and mentor the finance team to foster growth and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven track record of success in financial management, strategic planning, and leadership.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and treasury management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
