Job Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee the financial planning, management, and strategy

of the company to ensure long-term financial stability and growth. This role involves directing

the organization's financial goals, objectives, and budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory

requirements, and providing leadership to the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Planning:
1. Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with overall business

goals.

2. Analyze financial risks and opportunities and recommend strategies for growth and

efficiency.

3. Oversee cash flow planning, treasury functions, and funding initiatives to ensure

sufficient resources for operational and strategic activities.

Budgeting & Forecasting:
4. Lead the annual budgeting process, including preparation, monitoring, and variance

analysis.

5. Provide accurate financial forecasts and scenario analysis to guide executive decisionmaking.

Accounting & Compliance:
6. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports in compliance with

applicable laws and regulations.

7. Oversee audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements.

8. Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls and policies to safeguard the

company’s assets.

Stakeholder Management:
9. Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders,

including the Board of Directors, investors, and lenders.

10. Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investment

partners.

Team Leadership:
11. Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounting team to achieve departmental

goals.

12. Build a high-performing team capable of supporting the company’s growth and

operations.

Strategic Leadership:
13. Partner with other C-suite executives to shape business strategies, investments, and

operational decisions.

14. Evaluate and oversee acquisitions, mergers, or other investments.

15. Serve as a key advisor on all major strategic initiatives and operational plans.

Qualifications & Skills:
**Education**:

- Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA

preferred).
- CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.

**Experience**:

- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in finance, preferably within.
- Proven track record of managing large teams and driving financial growth.
- Strong experience in fundraising, mergers, and acquisitions.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Advanced knowledge of financial management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial laws, risk management, and reporting

standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
