We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and contribute to the company’s continued growth and success.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting specific to the jewellery industry.- Lead and manage the company’s IPO journey, including preparation, compliance, and coordination with various stakeholders.- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and facilitate the listing process of the company.- Develop and implement robust financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability within the jewellery sector.- Manage audits, tax planning, and ensure the timely submission of financial statements.- Liaise with investors, analysts, and regulatory bodies to ensure transparent communication and compliance.- Optimize cash flow management and working capital, with a focus on the unique dynamics of the jewellery market.Ideal Candidate:- Proven experience as a CFO, ideally with experience in the jewellery or luxury goods sector.- Strong understanding of the jewellery industry’s financial dynamics, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and the nuances of global trade.- Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and IPO processes.- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to work with internal teams and external stakeholders.- A strategic thinker with the ability to drive business performance and navigate financial challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
