**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our organization and take charge of the financial management and strategic oversight for a listed company. The CFO will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of each subsidiary while aligning them with the overall goals of the parent company. This leadership role requires a strong financial background, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset to manage complex financial structures, streamline processes, and foster financial growth across multiple entities.

**Key Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- Must have a CA degree

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in the role of a CFO.
- Proven experience in managing complex financial structures and consolidations across multiple organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic financial planning, reporting, cash flow management, and risk management.
