**Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**

**Location: HO Mumbai**

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team.

**Responsibilities**:
**Financial Strategy**:Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and support sustainable growth.
Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.

**Financial Planning and Analysis**:Oversee the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports for management and stakeholders.

**Risk Management**:Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Implement effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.

**Cash Flow Management**:Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs and capital investments.
Optimize working capital and treasury management.

**Financial Reporting**:Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements and reports to senior management and the board.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

**Tax Planning**:Oversee tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position while ensuring compliance with tax laws.

**Strategic Leadership**:Collaborate with the executive team to provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance.

**Qualifications**:
10+ years of experience in a senior financial management role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.

Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence.

Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
