**Chief Operating Officer (COO) & President, Business Development**:
As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Infidigit. You will oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, and operations. You will lead a talented team of 130+ professionals, driving business growth and operational excellence and ensuring the delivery of exceptional results for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**:

- Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision, aligning with market trends and client needs.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities to drive growth and innovation.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
- ** Revenue Generation**:

- Lead and inspire the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to acquire and retain clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- ** Operational Excellence**:

- Optimize business processes and implement efficient systems to streamline operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure financial discipline and accountability.
- ** Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 130+ professionals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Recruit, hire, and develop top talent.
- Delegate effectively and empower team members.
- ** Technology and Innovation**:

- Drive the adoption of AI and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with the technology team to develop and implement innovative solutions.
- Leverage AI to drive data-driven decision-making and improve business outcomes.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven track record as a COO or in a senior leadership role in a technology or digital marketing company.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- A passion for innovation, data-driven decision-making, and delivering exceptional results.
- Experience in implementing and managing complex systems and processes.
