As a Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) in a bank is a senior executive responsible for ensuring the bank adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, while also managing the bank's overall compliance risk landscape. Key responsibilities include overseeing regulatory changes, developing risk-oriented compliance assessments, creating and implementing compliance programs, and reporting any violations or potential issues to the board and senior management. The CCO also serves as a primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and plays a crucial role in fostering a culture of ethics, integrity, and honesty within the organization.

Key Skills and Qualifications Experience: A strong background in banking, finance, legal, risk management, or compliance functions. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex regulations and assess risks. Communication: Proficient verbal and written communication skills for preparing reports, presenting findings, and interacting with regulators. Adaptability: The ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and rapidly changing regulatory landscape.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90, ₹120,000.00 per month
